Nicon Industries A/S

1997		Nordjydsk Industrimontage, a staff leasing company, is founded in Hjoerring by sole proprietor, Anders Hecht-Pedersen.
1999		Nordjydsk Industrimontage is turned into a public limited company and is recognized under the new name, Nicon Industries A/S with Anders Hecht-Pedersen as Managing Director and sole shareholder.
2006		The Company moves to Frederikshavn and changes its profile to that of a steel shipyard engaging in the construction of hulls and superstructures, while maintaining the manufacturing of unique constructions and various assembly tasks.
